It is the list of subjects on which the chief minister has the only right to make decision . It contains a total of 59 subjects.

Ex :- Public health and sanitation

Union List :-

it is the list of subjects on which the prime minister of the central minister has the only right to make decision.It contains a total of 98 subjects.

Ex :- Indian defense systems

Concurrent List :-

It is the list of subjects on which both central govt. and state govt. can make decision.It contains a total of 52 subjects.

Ex :- Education
