PRESENTATION- presentation program (also called presentation software) is a software package used to display information in the form of a slide show.

DATABASES-database is an organized collection of structured information, or data, typically stored electronically in a computer system.

SPREADSHEET-spreadsheet is a file that exists of cells in rows and columns and can help arrange, calculate and sort data.
