According to Mourad and Aram, their activity of stealing the horse was not to be considered as stealing. They have stolen the horse to ride and enjoy which do not mean anything related to stealing. They were very poor and were not able to afford money to own a horse for riding. Therefore for them, stealing a horse for riding was not equivalent to real stealing.
