what is stomata? how it is useful to the plants? how the work for plants?

stomata is a microscopic pore of the plants which is located in the leaf  it is useful to plants as in  exchange of gases i.e. it work as releasing oxygen and taking carbon dioxide with uses as to remove water which is extra stored in leaf ( transpiration ) .

Stomata are the very small pores[holes] present on the surface of leaves.
These helps in transpiration and exchange of gases[Carbon dioxide and Oxygen].

 Transpiration-it is the process by which plants excrete over water and this water comes on the surface of leaves by stomata openings.
