HERE ARE SOME POINTS RELEATED TO STOMETAL TRANSPIRATION ARE---
=> Loss of water through stomata is called stometal transpiration.
=> Singular of stomata is STOMA whereas STROMA is the matrix of Chloroplast.
=> Inner wall of guard cells facing towards stometal pores is thicker than that of outer wall.
=> In dicot leaf is dorsiventral so stomata is present in ventral side or lower side in epidermis.
=> In monocot the leaf is isobilateral so stomata is present on both side almost equally.
=> Guard cells are also known as SUBCIDARY CELLS.

It is a kind of transpiration carried out in plants where water vapour diffuses out through minute pore (stomata) present in soft aerial part of plant is known as Stomatal Transpiration. Of the total water loosed, near about 85 – 90% of water loosed by the stomatal transpiration.
