Stress is that condition of your body when an irregulated hormonal change occur in body.... Which is caused by tension on mind... Stress is also a cause of heart attack as it release such type of thing which can block a coronary artery..... Now the solution... How to minimise it...
The major way is to laugh...
By outdoor activities
By playing games...
By talking about your problem with your mates... Teachers.. Etc... Parent...
