Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension.
Being under lots of pressure , worrying about something , emotional problems like: Divorce , loss of job , the death of a loved one , getting married , depression , anxiety , anger , guilt etc are some of the causes of stress.
As a teacher I would help the students recognize and modify there anxious self talk and thinking , by encouraging relaxation by using words like calm , Harmony , peace, love etc.
