what is sublimation ??? answer fast !

When a solid directly changes into gaseous state by absorbing heat without changing into liquid state. This is called Sublimation.

Some examples are :-

1. Camphor (Kapoor)

2. Iodine

3. Naphthalene

4. Ammonium Chloride

And many more.

A substance sublimates at a constant temperature called the Sublimation point of the substance.
