2x^2 – 3x – 2
2x^2 - 4x + x - 2 = 0
2x(x - 2) +1(x - 2) = 0
(x - 2)(2x +1) = 0
=> x= 2 or x= -1/2
α+β
= 2+(-1/2)
= 2-1/2
=4-1÷2
=3/2
Therefore sum of the zeros is 3/2
