Heat stroke and sunburn

Heat related issues are very common over the summer months for obvious reasons. Such problems are likely to affect older individuals more, due to the fact that we lose our ability to effectively deal with heat as we age.

Summer season is the hottest season they are very warmer. In Summer season the days are longer and the nights are smaller . summer days are wet also.
