what is super cooled liquids?why is glass considered as super cooled liquid?

a supercooled liquid is a glass and it is considered as a supercooled liquid because it have the tendency to absorb all heat in its surrounding and hands become cool in its surrounding and hence become cool

  • Supercooling is the process where a liquid is frozen below its freezing point and does not become solid and the liquid is called super cooled liquid.  
  • When a super cooled liquid is come in contact with a seed crystal or nucleus, it creates a crystalline structure around it.  
  • Sometimes glass wrongly considered as super cooled liquid as it creates amorphous solid instead of crystalline structure which is not considered as super cool liquid or solid.
