Let me explain u by example

If u take a beaker filled with water and add NaCl to it after sometime ull get a saturating solution i.e no more NaCl can be added

Now it's caled saturated solution

We can increase solubility by heating it as after heating we can addd more NaC

once again we reach point where no more NaCl can be added it now on Cooling but we'll get a supersaturated solution
