• Surname = A person's last name, Which they share with their family members too, Also called 'Family name' 'Last name' Or 'Surname'
• First Name = Your Name, Named By your parents. The first name Used in your Full name.(Full name, Means The Entire names of yours Which include, Last, First and Middle name.)
• Middle Name = this name comes along with your First name, Which Is also named by your parents, This is Not necessary And Everyone doesn't need a Middle name, Some do and some Don't. this name Comes Between Your first Name and last name.

Examples:-

1. Surname - Allen Thomas, Lily Thomas, harry Thomas. Thomas is the last/Sur name. And you share it with your family.
2. First name - Allen,lily, Harry. The first names are your own. And stand in the first place.
3. Middle name - Allen James Thomas, Lily luna Thomas, etc.. Comes along With your First/Own Name.

Another Example :- EmeliaAdaire. Adaire's my Surname, Emelia is my Name (First name) It's Not necessary To have a Middle name, hence i Don't have one.

(But My parents really want me to have a middle name, Maybe in the future Sometime. :D)
