What is swarming in honey bees?

Swarming is the process by which a new honey Bee hive (or colony) is formed when the queen Bee leaves the colony with a large group of worker bees.
When the queen determines that the hive is no longer suitable she decides to leave that hive and establish a new colony elsewhere.When queen leaves the colony some other bees also follow her and then this present bee colony select a new queen for their bee hive.
