Hey mate✌ Here is your answer:

A shape is said to be symmetric if there exists an imaginary line passing through that divides the shape into halves and that these halves overlap each other completely. If they overlap each other completely the shape is symmetric, if not, then it is asymmetric.

Hope it helps you ✌

Symmetry exists around us

Explanation:

We can find symmetry in almost everything that we see around us , be it natural or man - made things.

Nature presents us several beautiful examples of symmetry : Our body , butterflies , flowers and a rainbow are just some of them.

Even when we look at man - made things ,

we find plenty of examples of symmetry :

chairs , tables , buildings , cars are just a few

of them.
