>It occurs in angiosperms and in syngamy male gamete fuses with the female gamete to form a zygote.

>The first Male gamete enters embryo sac through micropylar region and as soon as the synergid disintegrates the first gamete(male) fuses with female egg cell and the second fuses with secondary polar nuclei to comeplete double fertilisation.
