Synthetic fibres are fibers made by humans through chemical synthesis, as opposed to natural fibers that are directly derived from living organisms.These are called synthetic or artificial fibers.

Uses: It is used in the manufacture of ropes, nets for fishing and seat belts. 

Examples: Acrylic ,Aramid, Twaron, Kevlar, Technora, Nomex, Microfiber, Modacrylic, Nylon, Olefin, Polyester, Polyethylene, Dyneema,Spectra.
