Tagging is one of the methods for learning the biology, movements, and migrations of animals. Tagging is used to range regular and irregular movements of brute and to determine their lifespan. For such types of long-term studies, animals are tagged for a longer period of time or maybe for a lifetime. Tagging is also used to study the orbit occupied by an animal, its movement throughout and its daily activities.
Colored elements and dying the fur of animals are the techniques used for identifying the animal from a distance, these are the techniques for the short term tagging. For long-term tagging the name and number of the organization are added, it helps the scientist understand the nature of the animal and understanding the migration as well. Same techniques are used for the animals living in the sea, use of satellite with the help of radar tracking is also used.
