Solution:-

 \implies \:    \theta  =   \tan \: {}^{ - 1}  \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3} }   \\

multiplie tan both sides

 \implies \:  \tan \theta  =  \cancel{ \tan  \tan \:  {}^{ - 1} } \: 2 \times  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} }  \\

We know that

 \implies \:  \tan( \frac{\pi}{6} ) =  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} }   \\

or

 \implies \pink{ \tan \:30 \degree \:  =  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} }}  \\  \\

 \implies \:   \cancel{\tan } \:  \: \theta = 2 \cancel{ \tan} \:  \:  \: 30  \degree

 \implies \red{ \theta = 60}
