Teej is a very joyful festival.It is celebrated with great joy in punjab.It has a very big story.There was one farmer lived in a village who has two daughters named hir ranjha.One of his daughter get married to the the village head.From that day the village got very happiness.So this festival is celebrated.The girls dance and the boys flew kites.they went from home to home for teej collection.On this day a dish called pure is made in every house and everybody enjoys this day
