Shourya00: Let's take a example...because example leads to better understanding. .........Suppose there is a person who was helping terrorist and after knowing about it police cased a file against him ..and this case was hearing in high court..then after hearing the case the final decision given by the judge of high court is refered as territorial jurisdiction.
