⊕ Steps to be followed :-
1) Take any food in a small quantity for Ex.. = _Dal_ (Pulses)
2) Make a paste of it by adding water
3) Then add 2 drops of copper sulphate solution into the test tube
4) Now add 10 drops of caustic soda and shake well .
( Don't touch the caustic soda with bare hands)
5) The color will change into violet if the food contain protein if not then it doesn't contain
