DURING THE ZYGOTENE STAGE OF PROPHASE ONE OF MEIOSIS,THE HOMOLOGOUS CHROMOSOMES START PAIRING TOGETHER BY A PROCESS CALLED SYNAPSIS TO FORM A COMPLEX STRUCTURE CALLED SYNAPTONEMAL COMPLEX.TWO SYNAPTONEMAL COMPLEXES FURTHER FORM A COMPLEX CALLED BIVALENT OR TETRAD.

I don't want to say this
tetrad is with reference to chromatids and bivalent are with reference to chromosomes
means there is 4 tetrad in one pair chromosome and 2 bivalent in a pair of chromosome
