THE BODY OF THE PLANT IN THIS GROUP IS THALUS LIKE I.E PLANT ARE NOT DIFFRENTIATED INTO ROOT,STEM AND LEAVES.

THERE IS NO CONDUCTING TISSUE. IT IS DIVIDED INTO TWO GROUPS.
