Hey Mate here is your answer.
Given:-
→u=20m/s →v=40m/s →s=40m
To find:- Acceleration(a)
Solution:-
→v²=u²+2as [3rd equation of motion]
→(40)²=(20)²+2×a×40m
→1600-400=80a
→1200÷80=a
→15m/s=a
