m \div s { }^{2}
uniform= the magnitude and direction of the body remains constant

non uniform = if the magnitude and direction not remains constant

avg acc= the ratio of total velocity and total time
instantaneous acc= the velocity of a body for a instant of time

Acceleration is defined as the rate of change of velocity .

The unit of acceleration is m/s² ( metre per second ² ) .

Types of acceleration :-

♥ Uniform acceleration - When an object is travelling in a straight line with an increase in velocity at equal intervals of time .

♥ Non-uniform acceleration - When an object is travelling with an increase in velocity but not at the equal intervals of time .

♥ Instantaneous acceleration - Acceleration of an object at any instant of time .
