Al2so4 3 dissociates into al 3+ and so4 2-
As al3+ is an electron acceptor.... i. E. It will accept lone pair of e- it can be termed as a lewis acid and altenatively so4 2- tends to donate e- so it is a lewis base.... Also since al 3+ may be thought of as a proton donor... So it is a bronsted acid... And as so4 2- is a proton acceptor it is a bronsted base. Hope this helps
