N,P, As, Sb, Bi are Elements of Group - 15.

The Acidic Character weakens as we move down the group -15.

The Basic Character strengthens as we move up the group-15.

These Elements form two types of Oxides:
-E_{2}O_{3}
-E_{2}O_{5}

Note that,
Oxides of Nitrogen and Phosphorus are Acidic
and Oxides of Arsenic and Bismuth are Basic

The oxide in the higher oxidation state of the element is more acidic than that of lower oxidation state

Which\: is\: more\: acidic,\: N_{2}O_{5}\: or\: N_{2}O_{3} ?

Oxidation No. of nitogen in N_{2}O_{5} is 5

and Oxidation No. of Oxygen is N_{2}O_{3} is 3

The higher the oxidation Number, the stronger will be the Acid

Therefore,
N_{2}O_{5} is more acidic than N_{2}O_{3}
