What is the act ofblowing air through the mouth to cool something?

Answer:

The air  surrounding us is always cooler compared to the air from our lungs. When we blow air from our mouth, if it reaches an object fast, then a lot of ambient air gets mixed with it.

Then the air falling on the object gets cold. If the object is somewhat away from our mouth, then lot of surrounding air mixes up, as a result, it becomes cold.
