Reflex action is an action which is pretty planned before you willingly plan it or register it.
So answer is it does not have to be learnt . It just happens.
Hope this helps.

The advantage of reflex action is - (c) it does not have to be learn.

•Reflex action is an involuntary or instantaneous action, performed by humans in response to stimulus.

•Reflex action is very important for humans.

•It is important because it saves children.

•Example - if a child touches the hot vessel, he will instantly take away his hand.

•The child can't be taught.

•This action protects him from burning his hand.

•Another example is dilation of pupil, when excess light comes over eyes.

•This happened to save eye cells from light damage.

•Thus, reflex actions are very important

•Reflex action occurs due to transfer of signals with the help of neurons
