Different varieties of fishes utilize efficiently the natural food of all ecological niches of the pond and hence get good amount of food. They grow well without any competition for food and space and are also useful to each other. The yield of fish is also very high.


disadvantages of composite fish culture:

Composite fish culture is rearing and caring of different fishes in one pond only. There are several advantages of doing composite fish culture. But on the other hand , there are some difficulties too. Difficulty in recognising which seed belongs to which of the species.
