One must listen to the audios and soundtracks of the songs or series at least an hour a day or while in free time. When one comes across the new word they should search the web and with the help of audio should listen to the pronunciation of the word.
Then one must listen to the English speaker attentively and do not feel shy to respond in English. One may fumble in the beginning while speaking but hesitation should be removed to speak fluently.
