∠B = ∠B ( COMMON )

Therefore, ∆ACB ∼ ∆DAB ( AA )

Therefore, by similarity

==> ${\huge{\frac{4}{AD}}}$ = ${\huge{\frac{5}{3}}}$

==> AD = ${\huge{\frac{12}{5}}}$ cm.
