complete angle = 360
or
angle in 60 mins = 360
angle in 1 min. = 360 / 60
and
angle in 5 min. = 360 /60 * 5
= 30
or
angle in 60 mins = 360
angle in 1 min. = 360 / 60
and
angle in 5 min. = 360 /60 * 5
= 30

your ans. is 30 degree because 360 degree divided by 12 hours = 30 degree between 5 minutes therefore your ans. is 30 degree between 4:00 & 4:05. hope you like it.
