angle b/w12:10=60 degree, but hour hand moves 1/2degree in 1minute, Therefore it moves 5degree in 10minutes. Ans=60-5=55

We know, the whole clock makes 360°.
So for 5 minutes :-
(360÷12)°
= 30°
So for ten minutes :-
30° × 2
= 60°
Therefore, the angle between 12 and 10 is 60°.

The hour hand moves 1/2 degree in 1 minute. On 12:10 (12 hours and 10 minutes), the hour hand moves 10/2 = 5 degree along the minute hand. The minute hand moves 30 x 2 = 60 degree. So the answer is 60 - 5 = 55 degree.
