There are 12 hours in a clock with full angle 360 degree
Therefore when the hour hand covers 1 hour the angle it travelled is 30 degree.
This arc covered by the hour hand in 1 hour is having 5 minutes.
Thus when the time is 10:10, the angle subtended id 60 degree becoz there are 10 minutes between these two hands and 5 minutes subtend 30 degree.
This is just simple if you look at a clock and do it....
