What is the angle of reflected ray if the incident ray is at an angle of
60 deg to the reflected ray?​

30 degrees. This is because "the angle between incident ray and reflected ray" actually means, angle of incidence+angle of reflection. Since angle of incidence=angle of reflection,angle of incidence =(60/2)=39.
