The angular velocity of minute hand of the clock is radians/ min. As the minute hand travels 2π radians in 60 minutes.

the Angular velocity is independent of the clock size , however for larger clocks the linear velocity of the pointers at the end of the hands will be greater .the second hand goes through 2π radian in mon,or 2π radiant/60 seconds ,so omega =π/30 rad .s- 1=0.03rad .s-1"
