w=2π/T
Now for minute hand, time period is 1 hour. But you need to convert it in seconds (SI)
So 1 hour =60×60=3600 sec’s
w=2×3.14/ 3600=0.00174 rad/sec.
2. Angular displacement =w•t=0.00174×20×60 . (again in seconds)
=2.0934 rad
3.linear velocity
R=0.05 metres
V=Rw=0.05×0.00174=0.000087 metres per second.
