Simplifying

3(x + -3) = 5(2x + 1)

Reorder the terms:

3(-3 + x) = 5(2x + 1)

(-3 * 3 + x * 3) = 5(2x + 1)

(-9 + 3x) = 5(2x + 1)

Reorder the terms:

-9 + 3x = 5(1 + 2x)

-9 + 3x = (1 * 5 + 2x * 5)

-9 + 3x = (5 + 10x)

Solving

-9 + 3x = 5 + 10x

Solving for variable 'x'.

Elwin123: what do u say about the answer
silu12: first u put the value of x is -2
Elwin123: it is not balanced
