4(a+b)sq-9(a-b)sq

=4 a sq + 4 b sq + 8ab-9(asq + bsq -2ab)

= 4a sq +4 bsq +8ab -9 asq -9bsq + 18ab

= -5asq -5 b sq + 26ab Ans
