In the given figure:-
angle AOC=60 degree
angle ABC=1/2 x angle AOC (Angle at circumference =1/2 x angle at centre)
angle ABC= 1/2 x 60 degree
= 30 degree.
angle AOB=180-60 (LINEAR PAIR)
=120 DEGREES
ANGLE OAB= 180-(120+30) (SUM OF ANGLES OF TRIANGLE =180 DEGREE)
=30 DEGREES
ANGLE OAB=x=30 Degrees.
Value of x=30 degrees.

How do we know that BC is the diameter (straight line) to say that 180-60 (linear pair)
see O is the centre and BC passes through O. So any line that passes through the centre is diameter.....
