Let suppose total employees be 100.

So number of employees are men = 70

Number of employees are women = 30

Number of junior scientist = 60

Number of junior scientist that are men = 70% of 60 = 42

Number of junior scientist that are women = 60 - 42 = 18

Number of women who are not junior scientist = 30 - 18 = 12

so percentage of women who are NOT junior scientist = 12%.
