The answer is 120.

Explanation:

The number at the apex (top) of each triangle is the sum of the numbers on either side of its base.

For example,

In the lowermost row: 4 + 2 = 6, 2 + 5 = 7, 5 + 3 = 8, 3 + 1 = 4 and 1 + 6 = 7.

In the row just above the bottommost row: 6 + 7 = 13, 7 + 8 = 15, 8 + 4 = 12 and 4 + 7 = 11.

Therefore, the missing number is 58 + 62 = 120.
