a)the nail is not rusted as oil act as a blanket which prevents atmospheric oxygen to get reacted with iron
b)as there is air in it and they get rusted (oxidized) easily
c)the nail will not get rusted as it has calcium chloride a drying agent which absorbs the air in the test tube
