What is the answer to these questions?

1. The present age of the father is 3 years more than 3 times the age of his son. In 3 years, the father's age will be 10 years more than twice the age of his son. Find the current age of the father.

2. The ratio between a 2 digit number and the sum of the digits of that number is 4:1. If the digit in the units place is 3 more than the digit in the teens place, find the numbers.​
