This question is somewhat simple

First of all (2-1/3)=5/3

then (2-3/5)=7/5 and then (2-5/7)=9/7

now you can need a relation where the numerator  of the first fraction cancels with the denominator of the second fraction hence

(5/3)(7/5)(9/7) and so on the final part (2-2001/2003)=2005/2003

we get the answer as 2005/3
