Hey !!!

sn = 3n + 2n²

S1 = 3×1 + 2×2²

s1 = 3 + 2×1

s1 = 5 =a (first term )

and similarly

S2 = 3n + 2n² ..

s2 = 3×2 + 2×2² .

s2 = 3×2 + 2×4

s2 = 14

and .. we know that

s2 - s1 = t2

14 - 5 = 9 = t2

Now we know that t2 - t1 = d (common difference)

hence , 9 - 5 = 4

option D) 4 is ur correct Answer
