- The amendment after 2002, there is a normal fee for the filing a complaint you have to pay but before that, the un-amendment act of 1986 there was no requiremant of payment of fee for the court.

- In the form of crossed demand draft which is drawn an a nationalized bank, a specified fee has been paid. The district forum fee structure is:

1- up to 1 lakh- Rs.100 is paid

2- for 1 lakh to above but less than 5 lakhs- Rs.200 is paid

3- for 5 lakh to above but less than 10 lakhs-

Rs.400 is paid and

4- for 10 lakh to above but less than 20 lakhs-

Rs.500 is paid.
