To find the force outside of a sphere we will use a formula that has pressure and area i.e.

                                                F=P*A

where,

          P=Pressure

          A= Area

Now we will take atmospheric pressure outside the sphere

we will atmospheric pressure as P=1.013*10^5Nm^{-2}

and the given area A=0.045m^2

Now putting all the values in the formula

F=P*A\\=1.013*10^5Nm^{-2}*0.045m^2\\=4558.5N
